The FA Precision Flow Control Valve is perfect for modulating flow and pressure in a sanitary flow

The stem and seat design offer smooth transition and control of flow from 0-100% valve travel creating a precise control of inline blending, flow control, or pressure control of your process.

Valves bodies are available in 3/4” Tri-Clamp through 4” Tri-Clamp fittings.

Interior porting comes in standard sizing depending on the body size. Typical standard porting are in 1/8” steps, but custom porting to match your exact CV needs are available.

Valve Control

The valve is controlled by a servo motor, exactly like a CNC machine. This creates a stem positioner that is not affected by line pressures or product viscosity.

Inside the valve head a Rockwell servo motor positions the stem. These motors are made to operate in food processing environments. The valve connects by 40 foot cables (included) with water tight disconnects for ease of valve removal or service.

A Rockwell Kinetics drive sized for the valve is included in the purchase.

We start by 3D scanning the area where your equipment will be installed, including the connecting piping. This is used to prepare a virtual walk through of how our equipment will be installed, maintained, and the space for your operator’s ergonomics.

Everything gets fabricated, assembled, and tested on water in our facility. It gets strategically disassembled for shipping and for quick reassembly in your facility.

Our OEM Equipment also comes ready to connect. We supply the secure connection for our support and data collection. Our connection is physically separate from your network to protect your cybersecurity.
